Luckily for you, one of our current housemates has made the foolish mistake of wanting to part ways with Brighton for the summer! So, offered here, exclusively on gumtree is your opportunity to become part of something special.

What we have to offer:
Firstly the room is a spacious double, with sea views and comes furnished.

We have a huge living room, which comes with 52inch TV, Cable with all the channels, pool table, Nintendo Wii and some big comfy chairs and sofas.

Our massive kitchen overlooks our seafacing terrace and comes with all mod-cons including a dishwasher.

We also have a decent sized bathroom with shower and kidney shaped bath.

The house is equiped with WiFi internet access on all floors and is also a stones throw from both the Marina and the beach and has great bus route access to town.

Last but by no means least the house also comes supplied with 3 topclass housemates.

The Rate includes all fixed bills, i.e. Council tax, Tv license, Cable and WiFi. Gas, Electric and Water will be split each month equally between the house and will therefore be a little extra.
We ask for one months deposit, and the intention to stay at least 6 months.
