Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a prestigious country pub just outside Brighton .
You will be working in a busy kitchen within a team of 4. You will need to display flair, creativity and professionalism in all tasks.
In reward, you will become part of a strong team. You need to work to company standards to join our busy, friendly kitchen team. The role will involve assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring that food preparation, production and service are carried out to the highest standard in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
Candidates must hold basic food hygiene and basic health and safety certificates, as well as a relevant NVQ or City and Guilds qualification.
£18,000 p/a
