Experienced General Manager needed for very busy bar and restaurant!

Restaurant, bar and cocktail experience is an absolute must.

The successful applicant will

- focused on developing the business and its needs.

- They need to be hard working.

- Have excellent communication skills.

- Have fantastic people and leadership skills.

- Be able to handle pressure and dead lines along with long hours.

- They must have a very good understanding of labour and GP control.

- They will need to know how to work well in a team and be able to lead a team.

- Deal with difficult situation and problem solving on the spot.

- And above all know how to direct a team up and up!

The applicant will have had at least 1-year experience in this role.
Salary 17 - 19k + 2k bonus
