Wanted! Strong Sous Chef for The Half Moon, a new gastropub in Plumpton.

The 60 cover pub serves modern British food and in addition has an extensive terrace. We are looking for someone with excellent experience to help the Head Chef run the kitchen, with knowledge of meeting GP’s and cost control.

Salary 17-19k dependant on experience.
