Great laptop, used but in perfect working condition with only a couple of scratches just above the keyboard.
No Microsoft packagaes but has equivalent (Star Office) which is almost exactly like Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
Fully insured for another year so any problems or if it breaks even if it is dropped you can get it repaired or replaced depending on the severity of the problem.
