Medacs Healthcare is a leading international recruitment company, with offices all over the UK. We specialise in supplying care professionals to clients such as the NHS and local authorities.

We are currently expanding our team of ‘Out of Hours' Consultants to cover the evenings and weekends rotas on a casual, part time basis.

The role of the team is to continue to deliver our professional service outside of office hours.

Our Out of Hours Team is based in our Queens Road office in Brighton.

Your main role will be to work at a fast pace, answering calls from clients, taking short notice bookings for care assistants, nurses and support workers, then contacting our database of available applicants to see if they are able to work.

We are specifically recruiting for casual weekend cover (early (0800-1500) / late shifts (1500-2200) or long days), although there could be weekday evening hours available as overtime (1800-2300) should you want this also.

Applicants should be willing to work for some of Christmas and New Year.

We are looking for people who are IT literate, have an excellent telephone and customer service manner, are efficient in multi-tasking, and above all, are reliable and available on an ongoing basis.

The salary is £17000 per annum, pro rata.
