Bills are on top of £350 rent (roughly £60), also you must pay a one off agency fees which is £150.

The house is in Hanover so free Parking all around, and is about 10-15 minute walk into town. We have two toilets and a separate bathroom with a bath tub and shower

We have a back garden for BBQ's.

We all are great friends and want someone to fit in. Although we each have our own set of friends we occasionally have a night out.
