Introduction to Reflexology - Foot Massage Course on 16. August

There are more than 7000 nerve endings in each of our feet. Wow.

We know the human body is a wonder, but did you honestly realise your feet were so interesting? If you are excited by this, you really need to attend our Reflexology Workshop. As qualified trainers and reflexologists, we can teach you how to give other people a high quality foot massage.

This workshop is ideal if:
- You have a partner, friends or family members who loves foot massages. Or
- You are exploring the possibility of becoming a qualified Reflexologist.

The 4-hr workshop is held in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, where you will be shown step by step how to give a foot massage. We will also provide handouts for you to look professional in front of your friends and family afterwards.

Course Structure
o Introduction - Learn about the theory and concept of reflexology
o Contra-indications and benefits of a foot massage
o Different types of touch
o Practise to give a relaxing and enjoyable foot massage
o and even better - receive a foot massage.

Workshops are held from 11am - 3pm in Brighton.
Cost £40.00.
