ive got a large 2 double bedrooms/3 bed ground floor flat (its a 2 bed but has got a 3rd bedroom or can be used as utlity room)
has own entrance and patio/garden out front, also free permit for private parking outside. oppersite the level, 5 minutes walk to town and seafront, new kitchen, all re-decorated through-out, also new boiler fitted.
want a 2 bedroom house in hollingbury/patcham, will consider coldean aswell, but no where else. not in a hurry to move as only moving to be closer to work and family.
