The Company - Graduate Sales Executive
Our client is a small entrepreneurial company that prides itself on its diversity, flexibility of service, and customer retention. They boast an eclectic range of customers, from universities, banks, businesses, and government institutions.

The Role - Graduate Sales Executive
This role is a pro-active new business sales position that involves identifying prospects and developing contacts at a high level within target organisations initially over the phone, you will also be required to book business appointments which will be conducted face to face to enable you to build rapport and establish a relationship with your clients. The role will then progress to involve negotiating professionally and closing sales.
Initially you will be learning about the product and gaining a deeper understanding of the company and you will spend some time shadowing fellow sales colleagues with regular support from the Managing Director and supervisors.
Specific characteristics for the role include:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Due to the nature of the role a full and valid drivers license is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Passion for business
- Team player
- Committed to forging a successful career in sales
