Natural Pregnancy Care In Brighton
With over 20 years of complementary healthcare experience behind me, I work with women from preconception, through pregnancy to birth and post-natal care.
The approaches I offer include: reflexology, nutritional therapy, stress management, Reiki, meditation, relaxation, guided imagery, journaling, flower essences and pregnancy rituals. My fees are £35 per hour.
Registered with the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, the International Stress Management Association, the Counselling Society and the Association of Reflexologists. I have also completed the HypnoBirthing training.
