We are currently seeking a Reception Manager to lead our successful team. Key responsibilities include greeting guests on arrival and departure, dealing with guest feedback, maintaining an effective and informative service at all times, and ensuring the smooth running of reception.
The ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service and communication skills and an ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. You will have at least one years experience within a similar quality establishment - experience of Visual 1Front Office and Reservation Systems are an advantage but not essential.
Other responsibilities include:
Maximizing revenue through the up-selling of rooms other hotel services
Taking reservations
Dealing with queries professionally and effectively and resolving issues
Maintaining relationships with other key departments
