Established licensed club (12yrs) offers modular training programme from beginner to competition levels for anyone interested in taking up this sport for keep fit, leisure, self defence, competitive or grappling foundation for other close combat disciplines. Suitable for beginners.

LAW Brighton practices every Wednesdays 7.00pm - 8.30pm in Whitehawk Youth Centre, East Brighton, BN2 5DG.

LAW London practices every Saturdays 11.30am – 13.30pm at City University, Northampton Square, London EC1V 0HB
