My superb HOXTON flat is about as good as they come social housing wise, £82 per week, you're at the end of the block and get sun all day round and you share no walls at all with any neighbours so if you like your privacy in a big city this could be the place for you!
city types can stroll to the financial district in about fifteen minutes E2 8BX google it. they are spending BILLIONS here, new tube next year will be two mins away, meantime its fifteen mins away. they are about to bulldozer the scabby estate we look at and build new open spaces etc to go with the trillion dollar school they just opened three doors away (spending more £ per pupil than anywhere in Europe, official!) easy parking

BUT there is the loft space if people stayed over, AND the studio room!
in the third world a family of eight would think this was paradise.

you get right to buy and i reckon could make 50 grand in five years easy peasy, open market you could rent this for £250 a week tomorrow

I'm looking for: at least one bed, pref top floor with a view or a garden or a decent area. I'm not anti tower block if the view is cool i dont care where really - i just want to change my life that's all. no biggie.
been here 12years, if I could bring it with me I would....it's perfect - and that 's the problem, 12 years in one place is too much for me, i need to move, do new things.....
