Our Client is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to look after a 6m Contract for a Leading Blue Chip Account.

You will be responsible for 55 staff members on an FM orientated Contract.

This role is about strategic issues, how things are done and the bigger picture.

You will be managing and improving delivery of soft services - ideally you will be from a high level of soft services with a hard services background mixed in.

This is an exiting new role a needs someone with the drive to push the account on to the next level.
