This property has sea views and is 5 seconds walk to the seafront. The location couldn't get any better with everything you need right on your doorstep.

Margaret Street is conveniently located in the centre of Brighton within the popular 'trendy' & cosmopolitan area, Kemptown.

The studio is within a 5 min walk to the beach and Brighton pier. The Sea Life Centre, Brighton Pavilion, Theatre, Brighton Centre and North Laines with its large selection of boutique jewellery shops are all within a short walking distance.

To the North of Margaret Street is the vibrant and colourful St James' Street. St James Street offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, internet cafes, laundrette, supermarket and much more.

The studio sleeps two people. It has a double sofa bed and also a single sofa bed/chair.

The studio is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only.

The open plan living area comprises:

Lounge area: quality double sofa bed, chair (can be converted to a single bed), TV & DVD, wardrobe hanging space, chest of drawers, mirror.

Kitchen area: Fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen storage cupboards, kitchen sink and drainer, table top cooker with electric hob, microwave and oven, and electric steamer.

Bathroom: comprising shower cubicle, wc, wash basin.

The studio comes complete with all crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, bed linen, iron & ironing board.

PAYMENT IS BY PAYPAL ONLY! If you do not have a paypal account do not worry! You do not need it! I can just send you an invoice and you would be able to make the payment without opening a paypal account.
