The house is stylishly furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout with wooden floors and all mod cons including decent broadband connectivity.
The property is bright and airy and comprises over three floors, a large lounge and kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom (shared by 2 flatmates), an extra wc and a small garden with patio.
It is situated in a quiet cul de sac with free on-street parking and is just a short walk to the local shops. The neighbours are very pleasant and we have never had an issue with noise.
We are two easygoing professionals looking for someone similar to share the house.
The room comes with a comfortable single bed and some other furnishings. The rent is £270 excluding bills and a deposit of £300 would be required.
