KOBA - The Award winning Cocktail Bar and Venue in Brighton consists of three bars spread over three and is popular with Brighton’s stylish late night drinking crowd . It has won numerous awards and been voted as being one of the best bars in the UK by a number of publications, KOBA offers a unique space for both corporate and private clients.

With its sumptuous décor and friendly, professional table service it stands as a flagship of quality in Brighton with its award winning cocktail list.

We are looking for someone with a Passion for cocktails and the hospitality industry.

The position is part time initially with potential full time available in the future.

The candidate must have a good background in cocktails however training of our extensive cocktail menu will be given.

We are ideally looking for someone with a great personality that is good at public speaking as one of the roles will be to lead Mixology Classes for guests.

Cocktail Bar Tender

The role is hugely important to the overall experience our guests receive. We are looking for someone who will fit into our team but at the same time be able to bring with them their own personality and flare. You must have a willingness to work and have a friendly manner. If you are a positive, organised, efficient yet friendly individual with a “can do” attitude please read on.

Your role will include Mixology, giving advice on cocktails, helping waiting staff in busy periods and ensuring every drink is made to the highest standards.
The role will also include a number of cleaning duties at the end of the shift and working closely with the waiting staff to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
