The Graduate Recruitment Bureau is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Seven Dials, Brighton. As our name suggests we specialise solely in placing graduates. We work across a range of industries and vertical markets across the UK and we are now in our twelfth year. All our work is on permanent contracts. We are looking for recruitment consultants with a minimum of one years experience to join our team. You will need to be a strong business developer, keen to build a desk in a niche sector.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of one year recruitment experience
- Strong new business development experience, ideally in a niche area. Someone who has built a desk from scratch would be ideal
- A good billing history
