THE ROLE
We are looking for a Trainee Manager who wants to gain wide range of experiences from the placement, with a focus on Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events.
The successful candidate will be followed and supported in completing the work assigned by their tutor, but they will be also following our internal Hospitality Trainee Program. This will give the right candidate a chance to explore and experience all the departments of the hotel, gaining a clear understanding of the various machanisms contributing to the success of the operations.

DEVELOPMENT
At Seattle we are passionate about training and the successful candidate will have the chance to attend numerous in-house training sessions.

Main training subjects are:
• Customer Service
• Complaint Handling
• Wine & Spirits Level 1and 2
• Food Preparation
• Cocktails & Bartending Level 1 and 2
• Meeting & Events Coordination
There are a number of possibilities to attend external trainings and competitions, visiting relevant sites and becoming part of professional bodyes and organisations. This is all related to the level of effort and the quality of the work the individual will show.

YOU
You will be a student in Hospitality Management wanting to complete a year of placement or a fresh graduate wanting to find the right platform to launch your future.
The role requires a pleasant personality that can adapt to a large array of guests and collegues, takes initiative and can manage their work time effectively, particularly when under pressure.
Loyalty and dedication to the company will be expected from the start until the end of employment.
Various possibilities of employment might be discussed when completed the placement.
