Chef de Partie
A quality Chef de Partie is required for this country house hotel and Fine Dining restaurant based in Lewes. We require a chef with experience in a similar establishment. The right person should be a team player and enthusiastic about working with quality food with 100% fresh ingredients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress through the company and gain essential experience along the way.

Shifts: 3 Doubles, 2 Straights.
Salary: £16,000 Dep on Exp

Chef de Partie with the following:

• Fluent spoken English
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the UK
• Smart/attractive appearance
• Outgoing and very confident in talking and dealing with people
• Reliability
• Punctuality
• Self – motivation
• Working as part of a team
