YOUR TEACHER

My name is Louisa and I am 30 years old.
I am English, and have lived in Brighton for 6 years.
I work for an English Language College in Hove.
I have a University degree (BA) and a Masters (MA) in English.
I enjoy music: I play the piano, flute, and accordion.
I love travelling: I have family who live in South East Asia who I visit often.
I used to teach English in Spain.

THE CLASSES

The classes will be very informal. They are an opportunity for you to use your English in a relaxed and supportive situation.

WHAT WILL WE TALK ABOUT?

Anything you want! Whilst we talk about the news, our friends, the weather, our families, our jobs, our interests, what we have been doing etc., we can practise vocabulary and grammar that you have recently learnt, and you will learn new vocabulary, idioms, phrasal verbs and grammar too.

WHERE?

We will meet in a cafe or a bar, or wherever you would like. If you want, we can ‘walk and talk’ – for example, we can practise speaking whilst walking along the beach, or visiting the museum.

Classes cost £14 per hour.
