The Chimney House is one of the foremost gastro-pubs in Brighton, reknown for it's fantastic British food, great wine and beers in a fabulous ambience.
We now have a requirement for a Head Chef, to oversee the food operation and develop and train the young brigade.
You will have a passion for cooking and a desire to produce great British pub food. Everything is bought in fresh so you must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in similar enviroments. The kitchen is open-plan but small so you must also be used to working in confined spaces.
It goes without saying that you must also be fully conversant with all aspects of health and safety.
