This is a different type of session to what you would expect from a typical 'bootcamp'. The bootcamp is very much about training on the move . The sessions are mainly cardio based, but use the environment along the way to incorporate a mixture of strength and toning exercises !

Sessions are currently being held on a Tuesday evening from 6pm - 7pm in Hove Park (meet by the tennis courts).

£4 per person per session.

All fitness levels welcome.
