Small Boutique Hotel in Central Brighton requires a a flexible person to perform duties including cooking the breakfast 5 or 6 mornings a week, some Day/Evening reception work and dealing with customers requests once reception is closed/Fire Alarm Duties. Hours flexible (20-40 hours) – minimum 20 hours per week and usually includes weekend work/bank holidays and Christmas. Accommodation provided includes lounge with cooking facilities and ensuite bedroom. Salary of £12,500 pa. pro rata. Incentivised 6 month Contract Offered. Must be proficient in cooking. Excellent Written and Spoken English required and valid Work Permit. Training will be given in all other areas of the job. Would suit a Mature Student.
