·To ensure that table service is maintained at all times.

·To maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the bar area.

·To report maintenance faults to the Head of Department

·To attend any training session set by the management.

·To ensure all room service orders are carried out efficiently and all hotel corridors are clear of any trays.

·To set up function / board room when necessary.

·Any other reasonable duty as and when required.

·To ensure that all control and billing procedures are adhered to at all times, reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor immediately.

·To ensure that all mis en place is prepared prior to service, to include the polishing of glassware, cutlery, folding of napkins, breakfast buffet set up, stocking of mybar and replenishment.

·To provide room service delivery when required, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness on hotel corridors.

·To assist the events department when required responding to guests wishes
offering the best possible service.

·To ensure that all guest comments, including complaints, relating to mybar, are dealt with in an effective and speedy manner, recorded on a guest comment in order to facilitate good guest relations and optimise guest satisfaction.
