Commis Chef for Multi Award Winning Restaurant
A motivated, forward thinking, enthusiastic Commis Chef is required to work in one of the most talked about Vegetarian restaurants in the country. Awards include: AA Two Rosettes, Michelin Bib Gourmand, Observer Best Restaurant for Vegetarians 2008, Hardens Best Restaurants Outside London.
Candidates need to be:
• Smart, confident, reliable and self-motivated.
• Innovative, flexible and committed.
• Passionate about excellence, quality ingredients and good service.
• A strong team player with a professional ‘can-do’ approach.
• Able to learn, maintain and improve standards whilst working under pressure.
Candidates need to have held a similar position in a comparable establishment, and be able to show a full history of their cooking skills. References will be required.
The position is permanent and full time with competitive rates of pay.
