The Property is currently striving for rosettes and are currently looking for a Sous Chef to work within their busy and progressive kitchen. Job Description
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef to run the kitchen to the high standards expected. Working as part of a new team, good communication skills are key along with the drive to want to progress.

Required Experience
The candidate will already be in a Sous Chefs/Jr Sous Chef role, have a stable background and be looking for their next challenge. The chosen Sous Chef/Jr Sous Chef will be a driven passionate Chef who is able to inject energy and strength to the brigade. Ideally they require a good all- rounder who is hungry to work in a quality driven environment working to the highest standard.

Salary and Benefits
The successful Sous Chef/ Jr Sous Chef will be offered a salary of up to 21,000 along with a good shift pattern. Additional benefits of this role include; the opportunity to develop further skills, progression, and the added bonus of live in accommodation.
