Genuine Victorian nursing chair.
I am no expert on antique furniture but will try to describe it!
This chair originates from Burns Hall in Devon, and from Victorian times has been owned by my family.
It is made of dark wood with decorative turned/carved design. The upholstery is brown with a flower design (tapestry/needlepoint?)
It is on castors.
It is in reasonable condition except that a short length of the braid on the back of the chair has become unravelled..
