Hello there.

Just perusing gumtree as my housemate unfortunatly is leaving for pastures new due to a job in January. dorset of all places.

I am currently renting a two bed maisonette in the seven dials area, literally a stones throw from the station (takes about 6 minutes to walk there) on New England Road. Its a little bit more expensive that some places in brighton, but I would rather live in a nice flat than a cheap hellhole!

The place is a fully furnished kitchen with big fridge freezer, washing machine and obviously cooker and is plenty big for two people to cook at the same time, a modern bathroom with power shower and bath, and a large living room with huge (ultra comfortable) leather corner sofa and table and chairs for wining and dining.

The bedroom is not one of those "doubles" mostly advertised here in respect you can easily fit a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a computer desk in it and not fall over yourself every morning!

A little about me, I'm 25, work in London at a stable well known company and Commute daily. I like Movies (have about 300 which you are more than welcomed to borrow), Music (play Piano, bass and sing, not too loudly or all throught the night though!), Cooking, Socialising, Dinner Parties, Pretty much the usual thing. I'm an easy going guy, who likes a tidy flat although not OCD tidy, I want someone to rent a home rather than a room. I have my own life but would be good to share a beer/glass of wine with the person I live with!

Onto the money bit... The flat is rented through an Agency and deposit and credit checks will need to be done. I think its 6 weeks rent for the flat. The rent is a split flat £425 a month excluding bills each. We are the lowest Council Tax Band and between 2 of us the utilities will be pretty small. There is super fast Fibre optic wireless internet in the flat which I dont mind paying for. There is also a parking permit I dont use which has NO WAITING LIST!
