THAI COOKING LESSONS
It's Autumn! - the perfect time of year to try something new. So check out my new Thai cooking courses - you'll be sure to find something fresh and exciting to stir your senses. We teach many traditional Thai dishes and recipies. Our cooking courses show you where to buy your ingredients locally, how to prepare your food and cook traditional Thai dishes in your own home! You will take away the recepie along with your food to impress your friends! Our Curry Paste is homemade traditionally with a mortar and pestle. This laborious method of making curry paste grinds the taste out of the herbs releasing more flavour.

THAI LANGUAGE LESSONS - From £7 per hour / lesson.
I can taylor my teachings to suit your needs, whether you are just visiting Thailand and want to learn the basics or your looking for Thai language business skills, speaking, writing or reading. I write my own material for all levels and have an English degree. Learning Thai is so much fun, you will meet lots of new people and open doors to a whole new world! Each lesson you will also receive an audio teaching aid to assist your pronunciation. This addition is available FREE with every Language Lesson!
