My client has a fantastic career opportunity for a skilled Technical Architect/Development Team Lead to join our client, a global market leader in its industry. The position is based in Surrey with good infrastructure links to London and is easily accessible to those travelling by car.

As the Technical Architect, you will also be leading a team of 10 Developers and your responsibilities will include:

Analysis of customer requirements; including the running of requirement capture meetings and workshops with the clients.
Solution design.
Documenting proposed solutions and preparing cost estimates.
Investigation of existing systems to determine the impact of enhancement requests and potential solution reuse.
Overview and design of software architectures and solutions using various tools.
Specifying development tasks and guiding developers.
Estimating and planning development activities and reporting on status of plans.
Reviewing and inspecting the work of other analysts and developers.
Investigating fault reports to determine root cause and propose solutions.
