General chefs wanted for new bar bistro

Location: Kemptown, Sussex Square
We're looking for general chefs for our new bar/bistro in Kemptown, opening December 2009.
You'll need to have 3 years experience, ideally some of which has been running your own kitchen, and enthusiasm for having an active involvement in creating a new venue. Would suit a Sous Chef looking to take the next step .
You'll work closely with the managers to design menus, set up the kitchen and systems, and to bring your own identity to a relaxed and friendly environment.
