1 bed Flat "URGENTLY" needed in Shoreham by Sea at the end of January - Mid February 2010.

I have decided to move out of London and am looking for a place where I can pay the rent by means of Housing Benefit.

The general attitude to DSS tenants is quite negative, as the are classed as unemployed, asbo, antisocial people etc, but my current Landlord is prepared to communicate with any new prospective Landlord if need be in order to squash doubts etc

I am unfortunately unable to work and am claiming incapacity benefit due to a serious back injury.

I am currently living in Camden Town NW London, I rent a 1 Bed Flat for 1300pcm and this is paid in full by the local council.

I can provide references from my current and past Landlords and character references etc.

I'm not too sure of the maximum amount that the housing office in Shoreham by Sea is willing to pay, but I am willing to make a claim for the maximum amount etc.
