we have a large 8 acre parkland garden principally layed to lawn which needs cutting in season and then clearing of leaves in autumn. various flower beds for maintaining.

Estate roles including cleaning cars/ filling with petrol, house maintenance - changing light bulbs through to decoration. Maintenance of garden machinery.

Limited driving picking children up from school.

Responsible for generally working alone in managing the estate but in peak growing season would have a part time assistant 2 days a week.

Hours Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm. Salary £16,500 per annum. 4 weeks holiday per annum.

Live in accommodation is potentially available but preferred person local to Henfield who does not live in.
