Small double room to rent in a lovely complex on Shoreham Beach, would suit a working professional, looking for somewhere quiet to stay. Would be living with a couple, one who works from home, another a health professional and a lovely friendly little cat. The rent includes bills and council tax. One months rent as deposit and a months rent upfront. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
It is a quiet, chilled house, so no party people please!
The gym and pool are operated by a fob key and are open from 5 30am-10pm, it is a ten min walk to bus stops which take you into brighton or worthing, and a 15min walk to shoreham-by-sea train station which has direct link train to London Victoria.
