Iam looking for an individual who wants to work in a professional kitchen, who is willing to bring their existing skills to the brigade and wants to further enhance and develop their culinaary knowledge.
I have a dedicated team of three and a half chefs (P/T) however as business is increasing I need 4 full timers which unfortunately my part time cannot fill.
(You will note that Iam also advertising for a breakfast chef and a p/t evening chef so as to keep my options open)
Your respondsibility will be a mix of breakfasts/ evening and lunches.
Iam determined to make Indigo restauarant the best restuarant in the town but I cannot do it alone!
I can give you an environment where acheiving the highest standard is the goal and we use little or no pre- prepared food items.
the salary will be £13,500 per annum + tips.
