Customer Service & Logistics Manager
My client are manufacturing and distribution company based in Crawley who have a job for a highly experienced help desk/customer service & logistics manager. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and possess a background working with the supply help desk field.
- Managing a product database to control distribution and service levels
- Effectively tracking product serial numbers to enable logistics Into & out of the central warehouse
- Stock control and reporting
- Coordination of the product loan & collection
- Ensure that upon return products undergo inspection and testing
- Administration of audit trails for clients and MI reporting, to include evaluation of usage and rental agreements
- Agree & maintain Service Agreements to UK customers as advised by the European Service Centre.
- Keep accurate records and improve processes to ensure efficiency
- Set & oversee key performance indicators & Customer Service/Logistics metrics and reports.
- Compliance in all "Quality" elements relating to position.
