Analyst Programmer (C++, GUI) - Hertfordshire

My client is looking for experienced C++ professionals ideally experience of Borland C++ Builder, strong knowledge of relational database including schema design and stored procedure development, experience of developing Windows GUI's and experience of using CASE tools and UML. Any candidates with experience of ORM, D frameworks and Web Service and XML technologies would be highly desirable. Any applicant with IPTV or telecoms experience would be highly beneficial.
