The restaurant has been awarded two rosettes for the last couple of years and has now established itself as one of the leading places to eat in the city. The kitchen is a friendly environment, which likes to support and train its junior chefs to help them develop there careers and move forward. To this end previous chefs now work in The Fat Duck.

You will preferably have rosetted restaurant experience, you will have a passion for working with fresh food and enjoy the busy environment that is a kitchen. You will be a good team player, willing to learn and work hard. You will be ambitious and determined with lots of exciting ideas about ingredients and cooking.

The restaurant is happy to offer a very competitive salary, paid hourly with over time, and a share of the TIPS.
