Head Chef 20k to 25k Traditional Pub

Head Chef required for this busy traditional family pub serving good quality fresh 'pub grub'. You must have a strong catering background and ideally NVQ or City & Guilds qualification. Must have experience of running a busy kitchen including stock control, health & safety, food hygiene staff training, menu planning. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of the kitchen.

This is a busy restaurant turning over up to 100 covers per session at the weekend. Salary is negotiable depending on your previous experience. Live in available for the right candidate.
