Working alongside the Directors you’ll be part of a young and enthusiastic team. It is hoped that the successful candidate will, in a relatively short period of time, attain Senior status and take the responsibility of overseeing a small team on a day to day basis. As such it is essential that you have the drive, ambition and tenacity to want to develop your skills to achieve this.

Duties will include:

Work up planning drawings from developers sketches.
Involvement in planning & tender applications.
Conduct regular site visits and meet with clients.

You should have:

A high level of proficiency with AutoCAD
Good communication and presentation skills
A thorough understanding of UK Building Regs.
