I am looking for a person to fill my room in a lovely house in Hanover; just off Elm Grove. Unfortunately I’m leaving the property as I’m buying my own flat; I am trying to search for a gay friendly person to take my room and live with my brilliant house mates- Kate and James.

We have a double room to spare, in a fun, sociable, friendly house with outdoor space and free parking. The house has sky-plus TV, a landline, Internet access, washing machine, central heating and a modern, cosy decor.

Although we have our own lives, we are all friends and like to be sociable. We enjoy cooking for each other and having a few odd nights out at local pubs.

James (26 years old) is a professional, Kate (25years old) is currently doing her MA... oh, and 'Jelly' the cat!

We ideally want to fill the room by the 28th/29th November- but this is flexible for the right housemate. The house is through an agency, thus the new housemate would need to provide references etc.

We would be keen to meet anyone who is interested.

Rent £333.33 per month
Deposit: month and a half rent.
