Office Administrator and all round genius required
Based in Tower Point, North Laine, Brighton. We are looking for a part time genius.
Working in a small, friendly team (12 people) you will offer administration support to this specialist technology recruitment company . We provide mid-senior management talent to our clients worldwide.
You be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the office and duties will include:
Organising contracts and purchase orders and invoices
Answering the telephone, dealing with queries,
Some credit control and general administration.
An Administration background - with good Word and Excel experience is required. Sage 50 experience is essential . You must have pass grades in GCSE maths & English (or equivalent) You will also need strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and good attention to detail.
c20 hours a week, across 5 days. Times to be flexible. £8 per hour. During early 2010 this role could become full time. Interviews will be week commencing 9th November.
