This one stop Saturday Morning workshop on Baby Massage for Dad’s. Dads will learn the principles of baby massage, a shortened version of the full body routine (one stroke for each part of the body). They will also be provided with a One Stop Handout and infant massage oil.

Studies now show that baby massage bonds fathers and newborn babies. Recent surveys show that fathers who massage their babies establish warm, positive relationships that continue as the child grows.

One Stop Sessions last approx 1 hour 15 minutes. So if you would like to come along, contact us to find out and book! Classes will be kept to small numbers of 5-8 Dads and their babies.

The cost for the class is £15 per dad and baby.
