I am a 26 year old male, with over eleven years experience in the catering industry, ranging from kitchen porter to Sous chef. I have recently been made redundant, and because of this i am now looking for a perminent job, that also has job security, so i may carry on developing my skills in this trade.

I have very good knowledge of pub kitchens, that cook traditional 'pub food' but i am a very capable chef, and believe i can adapt my skils to fit any commercial kitchen, making me a young, but great asset to any employer.

I live in Lewes, and do not drive, but Lewes has great transport links to Brighton, and surrounding areas. I have not had any problems using public transport while working in Brighton over the summer period.
