Cdp up to £20,000 Multi Award Winning Restaurant
Well known and well renowned country house hotel situated in West Sussex requires a CDP for its award winning restaurant.
After and long refurbishment of the venue and of the kitchen, the client is about to embark on a new and exciting project and needs a CDP to help in the award winning restaurant. The kitchen produces food of the highest order, consistently, for it discerning clients. You will get the chance to work every section over the year, leaving you with a good overall experience.
It would be preferred if you had experience in a rosetted restaurant, but this is not essential. But you will need to have experience working with fresh food and working to a high standard. You will be ambitious and hard working and be excited about working in kitchens and with the best ingredients available. You will be ambitious and want to improve as a chef.
The client is offering a salary of up to £20,000 for the right person plus a share of the tips. The role is live out and transport would be helpful but for a young chef there might be accommodation to help you when starting.
