Hi I have a 3 bedroom house in woodingdean, I also have a room off of the kitchen that has been used as a small bedroom.It is a lovely area with sea views from garden . Iarge l shaped lounge diner which at one time we had divided to make seperate diner.Two double bedrooms one single. House has lots of potential for change and also has right to buy. I am looking to stay in woodingdean or closeby and would really like to find a swap in the nuffied end. Am happy to swap with housing association or council or possibly even a private rent. Very large rear garden fenced all round front garden is half grass half patioset back from road lovely safe place for children a there is roadside parking or you can opt to rent a bay cheaply.
