There is a seperate large bathroom/toilet and shower room/toilet so handy for getting out in the morning!
Shared lounge with TV hi fi,very nice kitchen/washing machine etc.
Cental heating.

To share with two friendly others...house is large so not cramped.

Would suit working (not self employed from home) people rather than students (sorry!)
Don't really have a profile of type of person... it takes all sorts doesn't it?
Would prefer people who are looking for longer rather than shor term renting.

Rooms are occupied at present as can be seen on photos but you can get an idea of the size, hieght and excellent condition of the rooms. The whole property is big and well decorated and looked after.
