the room is small but perfect if you are on a low income
rent is £225 with bills it comes to
£316 per month we do except housing benefit
the Agency fee is £176
deposit £300
we are all in our 20s very laid back and enjoy
hanging out and cooking dinner together
we are all veggy and would prefer a veggy person
but can make exceptions!
we have Virgin wireless and unlimited phone plus Virgin Tv
the house has two bathrooms and a garden
we have a bus stop accross the road
which is the number 50 bus route about
a 25 minute walk into central brighoton
